- Developed pricing and packaging for new recurring revenue subscription plans, segmented for each customer type, including businesses, OEMs and home users. 
- Developed detailed plans for incentivising and transitioning existing customers off perpetual licenses and onto subscriptions 
- Developed pricing and packaging for a new Long Term Support Channel (LTSC) proposition 
- Developed pricing and packaging for a new perpetual license proposition for the small minority of customers for whom it remains appropriate
