The client’s cloud-based SaaS solution for family lawyers is comfortably the most advanced and most-used method of drafting & managing divorce, financial and child custody forms and orders. It is used in hundreds of law firms, including many of the Legal 500 top tier firms.
During multiple engagements I:
- Developed new tiered pricing scheme for the primary SaaS proposition 
- Designed and implemented customer development process with the objective of understanding customer priorities and willingness to pay for the upgraded proposition - Used customer development interview questions, force-ranking and Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Meter 
- Identified features & benefits most valued by users 
 
- Introduced various revenue optimisation techniques 
- Identified broad & deep customer need for a specific, high value, discrete piece of functionality which was not previously roadmapped. Recommended pricing for this 
- Recommended various improvements to sales and marketing 
- Identified the need for a Customer Success program
